No place for scholarship

  1. Higher education has many challenges

A)     Quality

B)      Access

India needs trained  resources for the same. So, many people need to be trained in original research. M.Phil and Ph D courses can expand the Human Resources. It also a win win situation to the professor supervising and scholar researching as it will be a learning experience for both. The recent policy of UGC to restrict number of MPhil students a professor can guide is retrogressive to the above started goals.
