- Grant raised ₹1.5 cr → ₹10 cr.
- Supports advanced defence technologies.
- ADITI Scheme (2024):
- Grant up to ₹25 cr.
- 30 key technologies under iDEX framework.
- ADITI 2.0 (2025):
- 19 new challenges in AI, quantum tech, anti-drone, adaptive camouflage.
- Defence India Start-up Challenge (DISC):
- Jointly with Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog).
- 12th edition (2025): 41 challenges in UAVs, AI, etc.
- Grant up to ₹1.5 cr.
Significance:
- Boosts Aatmanirbhar Bharat & self-reliance in defence.
- Encourages public–private R&D ecosystem.
