Journey of La Excellence
La Excellence IAS Journey is an example for consistent handwork, unwavering commitment to quality and an extraordinary belief in the abilities of the student. We started in a small room in Delhi as LUFE (Let’s unite for Excellence) to help students who are struggling to find a direction. It was a huge success. we understood the dearth of good teaching, mentorship and guidance for this exam. LUFE student Sheena Aggarwal was able to achieve AIR 1. Later, we made a decision to settle in Hyderabad and our start up as La Excellence. A two bedroom apartment is all we had. It was classroom in the morning, Bed room in the night for mentors/teachers. Those were the days we enjoyed every moment of building an institution. Today, La Excellence has 60,000sqft of own space to serve students. we intend to build a civil services city in the future. It is all driven by the concept of Gurukulam ( An Ecosystem ).
Today, One employee become 150+, 2 teachers became 60, 3 students became few thousands and 2 ranks became 700+ in this journey. still, what did not change is – Our Motto – “Student First.” Our Philosophy – Guru, Gurukula, Saadhana and sampoornatha. La Excellence IAS Journey reflects consistent hard work, unwavering commitment to quality, and a strong belief in students’ potential. We began in a small room in Delhi as LUFE (Let’s Unite for Excellence), helping aspirants who lacked proper direction. The initiative was a huge success and revealed the need for quality teaching, mentorship, and guidance for the Civil Services Examination. One of our students, Sheena Aggarwal, secured AIR 1, further inspiring our mission. We later moved to Hyderabad and established La Excellence. With only a two-bedroom apartment, we turned limited resources into opportunities the classroom by day became a bedroom for mentors by night. Those early days remain a cherished chapter in building a trusted institution.
Today, La Excellence has 50,000sqft of own space to serve students. we intend to build a civil services city in the future. It is all driven by the concept of Gurukulam (An Ecosystem).
