- Announcement: Union Budget 2024–25
- Launch: Pilot began in October 2024
- Nodal Ministry: Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
- Target: Provide 1.25 lakh internship opportunities per year
- Platform: Central internship portal linking companies and applicants
- Participants: Companies across multiple sectors; 500 companies in five years (pilot phase data)
