India’s Position:
- Reiterated support for the Gaza Peace Plan initiative, UNSC Resolution 2803, Two-State Solution (based on 1967 borders).
- Maintains commitment to UN-led multilateralism.
UNSC Resolution 2803: It a 2025 Security Council resolution endorsing the Gaza peace roadmap, authorizing a Board of Peace to guide reconstruction and governance, sanctioning an international stabilization force, and setting transitional arrangements for Gaza under UN oversight.
