• Withdrawal from a course: If a student withdraws from a course before the start date, they may be eligible for a full refund of the course fees. If a student withdraws from a course after the start date, they may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how much of the course has been completed.
• Cancellation of a course: If we cancel a course, students who have enrolled in that course will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees.
• Exceptional circumstances: In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or family emergency, we may provide refunds to students who are unable to continue with their studies.
