 Article 200 of the Indian Constitution grants governors the authority to:

·        Assent: Approve bills, making them law.

·        Withhold Assent: Refuse bills, preventing them from becoming law.

·        Reserve for President: Seek the President’s consideration if constitutional doubts arise.
