Clean Energy and Biofuels Strategy:
- Biofuel targets: 20% ethanol blending goal by 2025.

- Indian Oil’s green hydrogen project awarded to L&T.
- Other initiatives: CBG (compressed biogas), solar fuels, flex-fuel vehicles.
