WAVES Platform:
- WAVES is an OTT platform launched by Prasar Bharati in November 2024, positioned as a one-stop digital hub offering live TV, video-on-demand, digital radio, gaming, and e-commerce within a single app.
- Available on Android and iOS, it provides family-friendly, multilingual content (12 languages, expanding) with ONDC integration for in-app online shopping and mostly free access.
Orange Economy:
- Refers to economic activities driven by creativity, culture, and intellectual property, generating income, employment, and social inclusion.
- Covers sectors such as media, entertainment, arts, design, advertising, digital content creation, gaming, heritage, and cultural industries.
