The Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying plans the National Camel Sustainability Initiative (NCSI) under the broader framework of the National Livestock Mission, aiming to halt camel population decline, support livelihoods, strengthen conservation, trade, and awareness campaigns.
