The Prime Minister inaugurated the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in Lucknow, projecting it as a national memorial symbolising nationalism, good governance, and ideological inspiration, coinciding with Good Governance Day (Dec 25). Good Governance Day is celebrated in the memory of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

- Design: Lotus-shaped complex (symbolic of purity and national ideals)
- Nature: Permanent public memorial (not a statutory body)
- Personalities Commemorated: Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Deendayal Upadhyaya (Three towering bronze statues form the core of the memorial)
