India and the Netherlands have upgraded their bilateral relationship to a Strategic Partnership and signed 17 agreements/MoUs covering water, agriculture, health, renewable energy, critical minerals and semiconductors. The cooperation is significant for India’s technology, climate resilience, supply-chain security and Europe outreach.
