- Cultural workers should earn through sales, performances, royalties, tourism and teaching rather than depend entirely on grants.
Global Outreach
- Indian missions should facilitate exhibitions, touring, publishing and international collaborations.
- Youth should combine heritage with technology, following: Kala → Kaushal → Kamai → Rozgar → Bazaar → Vishwaprabhav.
